Job Description

Sales & Client Management

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or sectors.
  • Conduct client visits, online presentations, and product demonstrations for digital and security solutions.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and send sales proposals, quotations, and service offers.
  • Monitor and follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Product Knowledge & Representation

  • Maintain strong knowledge of all products and services offered by the company.
  • Communicate the features, benefits, and technical advantages of digital and integrated solutions.
  • Represent the company professionally during client meetings, events, and exhibitions.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with the technical and operations team for scheduling of site visits, installations, and project updates.
  • Submit weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for bidding requirements and client submissions.

Customer Service

  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support issues professionally.
  • Ensure smooth handover of clients to the operations team for implementation.
  • Build trust and long-term partnerships with clients by providing high-quality service.
