Close deals.

WHAT YOU'LL BE SELLING:

You'll be selling high-demand AI business solutions:

• AI Voice Receptionists (24/7 call handling)

• AI Appointment Booking Systems

• AI Customer Service Automation

• Websites + CRM Systems

• AI Lead Capture & Follow-Up Systems

You will be speaking directly with:

• Business owners
• Decision-makers
• High-intent prospects

This is real selling, not order-taking.

YOUR ROLE (FULL-CYCLE SALES)

You are responsible for:

• Cold calling + outbound prospecting

• Following up with leads

• Running demos (Zoom / phone)

• Presenting and positioning solutions

• Handling objections with confidence

• Closing deals consistently

• Managing your pipeline daily

There are no setters. No handoffs. No excuses.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATION

We are not guessing. We know the numbers.

• Daily Activity: 300–500 dials

• Monthly Target: 4–7+ closed deals

• Top Closers: 10–15+ deals/month

If you can't operate at this level, this role will not work for you.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

Base Salary: $300/month

Per Deal (Resets Monthly):

• Deal #1 — $200

• Deal #2 — $250

• Deal #3 — $300

• Deal #4+ — $350 per deal

REAL INCOME BREAKDOWN (NO GUESSING)

We believe in transparency:

Average Performer (4–7 Deals)

• $1,200 – $2,500+/month

Strong Performer (8–12 Deals)

• $2,800 – $4,500+/month

Top Closer (12–15+ Deals)

• $5,000 – $7,000+/month

No cap. No ceiling. No limit.

The more you close, the more you make.
