Job Description

About the Role: Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager who can drive pipelines, lead campaigns, and close high‑value deals in custom software development, IT staff augmentation, and managed services.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5+ years Business Development experience in software development or IT services industry
  • Strong background in custom software solution selling
  • Proven experiencein IT Staff Augmentation, Managed Services, or Project‑based IT delivery
  • Full‑cycle BD experience:
  • Identifying pain points → crafting solutions → pitching → negotiating → closing deals
  • Demonstrated success inselling custom‑built software or complex IT solutions
  • Advantage: Experience workingin a custom software development company
  • Not for SaaS‑only BD roles

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed individual revenue targets
  • Develop presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Negotiate and close deals with support from the engineering team
  • Drive quarterly and annual BD performance goals
  • Generate leads through outreach, events, marketing, and trade shows
  • Build, manage, and execute BD campaigns and strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or related fields
  • Ability to own and lead BD campaigns end‑to‑end
  • Strong leadershipin strategy, execution, and revenue generation
  • At least 2–5 years of solid Business Development experience
