About the Role: Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager who can drive pipelines, lead campaigns, and close high‑value deals in custom software development, IT staff augmentation, and managed services.
Qualifications:
- 2-5+ years Business Development experience in software development or IT services industry
- Strong background in custom software solution selling
- Proven experiencein IT Staff Augmentation, Managed Services, or Project‑based IT delivery
- Full‑cycle BD experience:
- Identifying pain points → crafting solutions → pitching → negotiating → closing deals
- Demonstrated success inselling custom‑built software or complex IT solutions
- Advantage: Experience workingin a custom software development company
- ❌ Not for SaaS‑only BD roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed individual revenue targets
- Develop presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Negotiate and close deals with support from the engineering team
- Drive quarterly and annual BD performance goals
- Generate leads through outreach, events, marketing, and trade shows
- Build, manage, and execute BD campaigns and strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Marketing, Business, or related fields
- Ability to own and lead BD campaigns end‑to‑end
- Strong leadershipin strategy, execution, and revenue generation
- At least 2–5 years of solid Business Development experience
