We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Call Center Agent to handle outbound cold calling and inbound inquiries. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in communication and enjoy engaging with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients
- Promote and explain company products/services
- Answer inbound calls and assist customer inquiries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets
- Accurately encode call details and customer information
Qualifications
- At least Senior High School graduate
- With or without BPO experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Persuasive, confident, and goal-oriented
- Basic computer literacy
