We are hiring a Recruiting Sourcer who can consistently generate qualified healthcare candidate leads at scale.
This is not a passive sourcing role.
You will be expected to actively search, engage, and qualify candidates daily using structured methods.
If you rely on job ads alone, this role is not for you.
What You Will Own
Lead Generation
- Identify healthcare professionals (physicians, nurses, allied health) using job boards, web searches, and databases
- Build and maintain a daily pipeline of qualified leads
- Ensure leads match role requirements before handoff
Cold Outreach
- Perform high-volume cold calls and email outreach
- Capture key data: contact info, specialty, availability, interest level
- Handle initial objections and qualify interest
Recruiter Collaboration
- Hand off clean, qualified leads to recruiters
- Provide structured notes and candidate insights
- Ensure smooth transition for next-stage interviews
Tracking & Reporting
- Log all sourcing activity in ATS accurately
- Track:
- Leads generated
- Contacts made
- Conversion to recruiter handoff
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency
Compliance
- Follow proper data handling and sourcing standards
- Ensure candidate information is accurate and properly documented
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- At least 1 year sourcing or recruitment experience
- Experience using job boards, LinkedIn, or sourcing tools
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach
- Able to handle high-volume work without losing accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication
Preferred (but not required):
- Healthcare recruitment exposure
- ATS experience

- Must be available for US working hours
