Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Specialist based in Pasig. The Property Specialist will identify potential clients, provide exceptional customer service, and assist clients in purchasing or leasing residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include presenting and promoting real estate properties, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets while staying updated on property market trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate is a plus
• Proven success in Sales and client relationship management
• Ability to understand and address client needs comprehensively
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and related regulations
• Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets
• Completed at least 2 years of college or 72 units
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Highly competitive & success driven
• Willingness to work on-site in Pasig area
• Having good network in both local and international is a plus
