Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Specialist based in Cebu, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Property Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, offering excellent customer service, and facilitating property sales within the commercial and residential real estate sectors. The day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential clients, presenting properties, negotiating sales, and ensuring the seamless end-to-end transaction of property dealings. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales targets while maintaining the company's brand standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate, with knowledge of market trends and property management
• Proven expertise in Sales, including a results-driven approach and ability to meet or exceed targets
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting business relationships
• Passion for delivering value through sustainable and innovative property solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment in Cebu and work independently when necessary
• Experience in the Philippine real estate market and knowledge of local regulations is a plus
