Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Specialist at Shang Properties, Inc., primarily based in Quezon City with some work-from-home flexibility. The Property Specialist will focus on promoting and selling residential properties, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also conduct property tours, negotiate sales transactions, handle client inquiries, and provide professional advice on real estate investments to meet clients needs and goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients and address their requirements effectively
- Proven Sales experience in a real estate or related field, with a customer-centric approach
- Knowledge and understanding of both Commercial and Residential Real Estate markets
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms for documenting and managing sales transactions
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Relevant educational background and/or certifications in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus
- Experience in property leasing, sales, and marketing in upscale living spaces is advantageous
