Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Metro Manila for an International Property Specialist. The role involves promoting and selling real estate properties to local and international clients. Responsibilities include developing client relationships, marketing and showcasing properties, preparing documentation, and addressing client inquiries. The Specialist will also assist clients in understanding property offerings and provide exceptional customer service to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and present property information
- Experience in customer service and relationship management to address client needs and ensure satisfaction
- Knowledge of commercial and residential real estate markets, including trends and property offerings
- Proven sales skills and ability to meet or exceed targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and client-focused environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with international markets and previous experience working with global clients is a plus
