Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Specialist based in Makati. The Property Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling residential and commercial real estate properties, and building and nurturing client relationships. The role includes prospecting potential clients, presenting property offerings, negotiating transactions, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage clients and deliver a high-quality experience
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate to confidently navigate and market various property types
• Proven capability in Sales with the ability to meet or exceed targets and close deals
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in time management and ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
• Experience working in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferred
