This is a full-time, on-site position located in Pasig. The Property Specialist will focus on promoting and selling residential and commercial real estate properties. Key responsibilities include identifying clients needs, fostering strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service, and guiding prospective buyers through the sales process. The role also involves market analysis and staying updated on industry trends to support customer interest.

• Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to engage clients effectively and establish strong relationships.
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate to cater to various property requirements.
• Experience in Sales to achieve property sales targets and close deals successfully.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• A bachelor's degree in Business or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with the real estate market in the Philippines is an advantage.
