Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Urgent Hiring - Property Specialist based in Makati. The Property Specialist will focus on promoting and selling Megaworld's residential and commercial properties to prospective clients. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, maintaining excellent customer service, responding promptly to inquiries, and achieving targeted sales goals. The specialist will function between on-site work in Makati and remote work as required.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Proficient Sales capabilities to meet and exceed sales targets
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is an advantage
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Has laptop to work with
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
