Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Muntinlupa City, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As a Property Specialist, you will be responsible for managing real estate transactions and guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or leasing commercial and residential properties. You will build and maintain relationships with customers, provide excellent service, and meet sales targets through effective communication and strategy implementation. The role also includes conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and provide exceptional support.
- Knowledge and experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate markets, including processes and market trends.
- Proven ability in Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
