Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Property Specialist - Megaworld at The Fort. The position is based in McKinley Hill, Taguig City, with opportunities for remote work as needed. The Senior Property Specialist will be responsible for managing and promoting residential real estate properties. Daily tasks include facilitating client inquiries, negotiating sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain relationships with clients.
• Experience is needed for Senior Property Specialist position. For those willing to learn & to listen without experience, Junior Property Specialist position is available.
• Proven Sales expertise, including negotiation skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in market research and knowledge of real estate industry trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a hybrid setup.
• Relevant certifications in real estate or sales are an advantage.
