Role Description

We are seeking a full-time International Property Specialist to join our on-site team, based in Metro Manila. The role involves promoting and marketing Ayala Land's real estate properties to a global audience while building relationships with potential buyers. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, conducting property presentations, attending sales events, and collaborating with international broker networks. The International Property Specialist will also provide expert advice to clients regarding real estate investments and ensure that customer inquiries are met with professionalism and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and marketing skills, including the ability to promote and sell high-quality real estate properties.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as the capacity to engage with clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Knowledge of real estate markets, property trends, and investment opportunities both locally and globally.
  • Diligence in research and analysis to understand target markets and client needs.
  • Proficiency in digital platforms, social media marketing, and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Experience in international sales and familiarity with diverse cultural contexts are beneficial.
  • Flexibility to work on-site in Metro Manila and travel as needed for client meetings and events.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
