Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Specialist based in Metro Manila. The Property Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling high-rise residential properties, engaging with prospective clients, providing excellent customer service, and managing all inquiries related to the properties. The role involves both in-office and remote work, allowing for flexibility while maintaining consistent communication and client engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders
- Experience or knowledge in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
- Proven Sales skills with the ability to achieve targets and close deals effectively
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a remote or flexible setup
- Knowledge of the Metro Manila property market and trends is an advantage
- Relevant experience in real estate, business, or a similar field is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field is a plus
