Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Metro Manila for a Premier Property Specialist. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, prospecting and identifying potential clients, and conducting property presentations for prospective buyers. The Premier Property Specialist will also manage sales transactions, guide clients through the sales process, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales and Negotiation: Strong skills in sales, client negotiation, and closing transactions
• Communication and Presentation: Excellent oral and written communication skills and proficiency in delivering high-quality presentations
• Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the real estate market and industry trends
• Interpersonal and Networking: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to expand and manage a client network
• Professionalism: High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-centric approach
• Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience: Prior real estate sales experience is an advantage
• Adaptability: Willingness to work on-site and meet a dynamic set of expectations
