Property Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Specialist based in Cebu. The Property Specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, assisting customers in selecting residential or commercial properties, and conducting property tours. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and staying updated on property market trends to ensure informed client recommendations.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience and knowledge in Commercial and Residential Real Estate markets
• Proven ability in Sales, with the capability to meet or exceed targets
• Proficiency in presenting property offerings and conducting property tours
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team
• Familiarity with the property market in Cebu is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
