Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Specialist. The position is based in Muntinlupa City, with flexibility for partial remote work. Key responsibilities include providing expert advice to clients on real estate opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and managing the end-to-end sales process. The Property Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
- Proven ability in Sales and meeting performance targets
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Educational background in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields is preferred
