Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Specialist based in Makati. The Property Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients in the buying or leasing of properties, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available listings, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include identifying client needs, offering tailored property solutions, and handling property viewings or demonstrations. The Property Specialist will also collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and promote Alveo Land's portfolio.

Qualifications

• Sales and negotiation skills to assist in property transactions and provide tailored solutions to clients
• Customer service and interpersonal communication skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Basic understanding of property markets and real estate trends
• Ability to manage schedules, attend meetings, and coordinate site visits
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Goal-driven mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Relevant experience in property sales or real estate industry is advantageous
• A bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Real Estate Management, or equivalent fields
