Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Specialist located in Metro Manila. The Property Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, offering personalized real estate solutions, and promoting Ayala Land Premier properties. Daily tasks include client consultations, property showings, providing top-tier customer service, and facilitating property sales processes to meet sales targets and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and build trust with clients
- Knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate to provide expert advice
- Proven Sales expertise with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to successfully close deals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in real estate or luxury sales is an advantage
