JOB SUMMARY:
The Program Manager oversees a portfolio of projects with a combined total of up to 20 MWp, managing cross-project risks, dependencies, and financial performance while ensuring client satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee performance of assigned project portfolio.
- Allocate resources and manage cross-project dependencies.
- Manage portfolio budgets up to 300M.
- Implement portfolio-level risk and change management.
- Ensure portfolio profitability and margin protection.
- Mentor Senior Project Managers and Project Managers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or Engineering.
- 810 years of project/program management experience, with at least 3 years in solar or renewable energy.
- PMP required, PgMP preferred.
- Advanced leadership and portfolio management skills.
