The Opportunity

The Cloud Services Program Manager (internal job title) plans, executes, monitors and controls the mapping component of a solutions implementation project across the different areas of analysis, development, quality assurance and map integration. The Cloud Services Program Manager is assigned to a set of complex large-scale projects and is accountable for the overall service delivery for these customers.

You are great at:

  • Thoroughly review the PM Handoff Materials from the Solutions Definition team, particularly the SOW and Effort Estimator.

Project Management:

  • Has extensive expertise and is viewed as an advisor/ expert in a technical/functional capacity. Applies expertise to multiple aspects of a project/function and applies to complex issue resolution or projects.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Active products, onboarding services, Manila PS delivery capabilities and Mapping processes.
  • Demonstrate ability to support custom solution implementations.
  • Independently create process and product documentation and training for internal team use. Mentor and train fellow PMs.
  • Educate customers and project team members on complex MS solutions.

What it takes:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science is an advantage
  • Must be a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
  • At least 8 years of experience in any of the following: IT Project Management, Release Management, Change Management, Process Management
  • Full project implementation support with knowledge in SAP processes
  • Background in Extended ECM (xECM) is an advantage but not required
  • 5-8 years of Solutions/Applications delivery experience
  • Extensive Customer/Client-facing experience
  • Dynamic Problem Solver with customer focus
  • Ability to motivate and lead the team to meet tight project timelines
  • Extensive experience in Risk Management and Communications Management
  • Detail-oriented but also keeps tabs on the big picture
  • Must have very strong interpersonal skills including a demonstrated ability to partner with others, and be able to manage conflicts or complex relationships
  • MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ON MID SHIFT OR EARLY US SHIFT
