The Senior Program Manager is accountable for achieving revenue targets and driving growth for Credit Card Installment Products through strategic planning and execution. It manages the full product lifecycle, from origination to portfolio optimization, ensuring profitability and compliance with regulatory standards. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to lead pricing, positioning, and campaign strategies while monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for yield improvement and cross-sell. Additionally, it leverages market intelligence to innovate, benchmark against industry best practices, and develop business cases for new opportunities. Strong analytical, strategic, and stakeholder management skills are essential to deliver sustainable growth and customer value.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue Ownership & Growth Strategy
- Own and deliver revenue targets for Credit Card Installment Products for the Credit Card base.
- Develop and execute product strategies that drive sustainable growth, customer value, and profitability.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify levers to improve yield, penetration, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead pricing strategy, product positioning, and campaign planning in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Analytics teams.
Credit Card Installment Products
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of installment loan products, including origination, refinancing, and portfolio optimization.
- Evaluate loan performance using tools such as amortization schedules, cash flow projections, and delinquency reports.
- Recommend product enhancements based on market trends, customer insights, and competitive benchmarking.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies related to loan documentation, disclosures, and risk mitigation.
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Risk, Legal, Compliance, Tech, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Data & Analytics, Sales, etc.
- Conduct regular governance reviews and performance updates with senior management and partners.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and audit standards across all product lines.
- Champion process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Market Intelligence & Innovation
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in consumer lending.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop business cases for product expansion or innovation.
- Benchmark against industry best practices and incorporate learnings into product strategy and execution.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree holder.
- Minimum of 8 years Product Management experience with deep expertise in consumer lending or credit card products.
- Proven track record in owning product strategy, roadmap, and P&L, and successfully shipping and scaling digital financial products.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills such as building business cases, forecasting, and optimizing unit economics.
- Customer-centric mindset with experience in improving NPS, adoption, and activation.
- Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional influence, including managing product teams and collaborating with tech, design, marketing, operations, and compliance.
- Familiarity with local banking regulations for credit cards and installment products.
- Excellent execution capability - translating strategy into actionable product briefs and managing priorities under constraints.
- Experience in Payments, BNPL, or Fintech ecosystems.
- Technical aptitude with APIs, system architecture basics, and agile methodologies is an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong commercial/partnership skills.
- Certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum) and analytics expertise; MBA preferred but not required.
