Your Role:As a Transitions Program Manager, you will:
- Ensure the smooth transition of all mobile services.
- Lead onshore and offshore teams to drive delivery excellence across segments.
- Manage vendors and contracts effectively to meet business requirements.
- Oversee workload allocation and priority management for the team.
- Track progress and engage stakeholders to ensure quality and continuous improvement.
What You Need:Non-negotiables- Bachelor or Diploma in Business.
- 10+ years of experience in program or project leadership.
- Proven experience in vendor and contract management.
- Strong knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred skills/expertise- Certification in ITIL.
- Experience with Lean methodologies.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
