PRODUCT MANAGER

Description

As the Product Manager for the company's Customer App, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the user experience for our mobile application. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver features and improvements that align with our business objectives, always keeping the customer at the forefront. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and a passion for creating user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the needs, preferences, and pain points of customers.
• Champion a customer-first approach in all product decisions and ensure that user feedback is incorporated into the product roadmap.
• Utilize data analytics, user feedback, and market research to drive informed decision-making processes.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze product performance, iterating on features to optimize user engagement and satisfaction.
• Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a unified product vision and seamless execution.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and knowledge sharing across departments.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and enhances the overall customer experience.
• Prioritize features based on their potential impact on user satisfaction and business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course. Preferably Information Technology, Management Engineering, or Marketing, but not required.
• Minimum of 4 years of solid Product Management experience.
• Familiarity with the transportation or on-demand services industry is advantageous.
• Mobile App Development Knowledge.
• UI/UX Understanding.
• Data Analysis and Interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of how mobile apps interact with backend servers through APIs.
