SPECIAL PROJECT MANAGER (TECHNICAL)

Hybrid, Makati (2x a week)

Description

The Special Projects Manager will play a crucial role in establishing the foundation for success. You will work on products that have a direct impact and provide an opportunity to dive deep into special projects focused on business improvements within the company. The team you'll be part of is tasked with formulating strategies and driving strategic initiatives from planning through to execution. This role combines strategic thinking and project management to propel the company forward, helping it reach its long-term goals and vision.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop a winning strategy and support other teams/functions to deliver key business results (both financial and non-financial).
• Incubate new businesses from inception to execution.
• Formulate a strategic framework to analyze business problems, develop hypotheses, and make recommendations.
• Lead strategic initiatives from upstream to downstream.
• Serve as a thought partner for senior leaders to drive business growth within the organization.
• Conduct analysis and research on market dynamics.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Achieve or exceed targets and key objectives assigned by your Immediate Superior.
• Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a relevant field with a strong academic track record. An MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or project management roles.
• Solid quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork across functions to drive project completion.
• Proven track record of managing strategic projects with senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
