Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Datasphere Lead - SAP to join our team in SEA. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in the field, with a strong background in SAP and data analysis. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage a team of analysts and developers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of data analysts and developers in the development and implementation of SAP-based data solutions
- Design and implement SAP-based data models and data architecture that meet business needs
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and security
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, as well as conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions
Skills and Qualifications
- 10-12 years of experience in data analysis and SAP implementation
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as ECC, BW, HANA, and S/4HANA
- Experience in data modeling and architecture design
- Experience in developing and implementing data governance policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
