Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Paraaque for an Operations Manager at EliteAir Climate Control Inc. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of HVAC projects, ensuring efficient project planning, execution, and timely delivery. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role demands effective leadership to streamline operations, optimize processes, and maintain high-quality service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, team leadership, and operational oversight
• Strong knowledge of centralized air-conditioning systems and HVAC industry standards
• Proficiency in budgeting, resource management, and operational planning
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience working within construction or HVAC-related industries is an advantage
• Understanding of safety and regulatory compliance is essential
