Delivery Excellence Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Support engagements to achieve yearly competitiveness targets
• Monitor PROMPT performance, share insights, and instigate improvement opportunities
• Facilitate engagements and IA team activities for any RPA projects or other automation tool implementations as needed
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with all engagements and respond to related queries on time
• Manage centerwide training programs and bestpractice sharing (e.g., ESOAR, DGEM, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Support center initiatives and facilitate analysis and data collection/validation

Skills and Experience:

• Operations/delivery experience in engagement
• Good communication and project management skills
• Strong problemsolving ability using endtoend process review and datadriven analysis
• Strong English proficiency (both written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Office
