Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role located in Metro Manila. The Operations Manager will oversee security personnel, ensure adherence to operational protocols, and develop strategies for efficient deployment and performance. Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day security operations, coordinating with clients to assess security needs, conducting regular assessments, and implementing improvements for operational efficiency. Additionally, the Operations Manager will manage team training schedules, monitor compliance with safety regulations, and address incidents or emergencies as they arise.

- Strong leadership, team management, and goal-setting skills
- Experience in security operations, risk management, and emergency response planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client relations and team coordination
- Proficiency in operational planning and resource allocation
- Knowledge of local laws, safety standards, and security protocols
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Security Studies, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the security industry, ideally in a leadership or operations role, is an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site and handle occasional after-hours responsibilities
