Main Responsibilities:
- Supervises and guides the Marketing team by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Coordinates with clients, internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing projects and events.
- Plans and manages influencer and gaming-related marketing campaigns, including streamers, content creators, and community partnerships.
- Develops and maintains project scopes, timelines, trackers, and documentation tailored to gaming and influencer marketing.
- Ensures all marketing initiatives are delivered within approved scope, timeline, and budget.
- Supports efficient resource allocation by monitoring workloads and coordinating manpower and materials.
- Identifies risks and project issues early and collaborates with the team to resolve them effectively.
- Builds and maintains productive relationships with clients, influencers, media partners, and suppliers.
- Monitors campaign progress and prepares regular reports for management.
- Escalates critical concerns to senior management with clear context and proposed solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing management, project management, or campaign execution, preferably in influencer, gaming, or digital marketing.
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising and guiding a marketing or project team.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Hands-on experience managing influencer campaigns, streamers, content creators, or community-driven marketing initiatives is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
- Ability to identify risks, solve problems proactively, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation, reporting, and tracking capabilities.
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and workloads efficiently.
- Comfortable escalating issues to senior management with clear context and recommended solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor campaign performance and extract actionable insights.
- Familiarity with gaming culture, influencer ecosystems, and digital trends is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
