Role Description
This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager. The position involves developing and executing marketing strategies, overseeing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with the company's goals. Responsibilities include driving brand awareness, managing marketing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize efforts. The Senior Marketing Manager will also track key performance metrics, create reports, and utilize data to inform and improve future initiatives.
Role Description
Strategy & Leadership
Develop and own the overall digital marketing strategy aligned to our business goals rentals, tours, repair bookings, and parts/accessories sales
Build, hire, and manage a small marketing team (designers, content creators, ad specialists) to execute campaigns at scale
Set monthly and quarterly KPIs; report performance and insights to leadership
Identify new growth opportunities across channels and continuously optimize the marketing mix
Paid Advertising
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across search and social platforms Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and others as relevant
Drive performance marketing with a focus on measurable ROI cost per acquisition, ROAS, and revenue attribution
Set up and maintain retargeting campaigns to re-engage website visitors and past customers
Email Marketing & CRM
Build and manage the full email marketing program from scratch list growth, segmentation, automation flows, and campaign calendars
Set up and optimize automated lifecycle emails (welcome series, post-booking, win-back, upsell flows for parts and accessories)
Work with customer data to personalize and improve open rates, click-throughs, and conversions
Social Media & Content
Own all social media channels Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and others as appropriate
Develop a consistent content strategy and posting cadence that builds brand awareness and community
Oversee content creation (working with your team or freelancers) including photos, short-form video, and copy
Engage with the community, respond to comments, and grow our follower base organically
SEO & Website Performance
Partner with the e-commerce team to optimize on-site SEO across all product and service pages
Monitor website traffic, conversion funnels, and recommend improvements to landing pages and user experience
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on key marketing metrics across all channels traffic, leads, bookings, sales, and ROAS
Use data to make informed decisions and quickly iterate on underperforming campaigns
