We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager VA to oversee funnels, systems, and marketing operations while supporting leadership and managing a small VA team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize lead funnels, landing pages, and opt-in systems
- Ensure websites, forms, links, and downloads function correctly
- Oversee social media posting schedules and campaign execution
- Manage CRM automations, data accuracy, and workflows
- Handle affiliate and sponsorship outreach, tracking, and coordination
- Assign and manage tasks for 23 supporting VAs
- Maintain SOPs, files, and internal documentation
- Support executive productivity through email and operational support
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills
- Digital marketing experience as a VA or in a corporate role
- CRM management and optimization experience
- Experience with Squarespace or similar platforms
- Familiarity with automations (Zapier preferred)
- Working knowledge of Beehiiv, ChatGPT, Teachable, Google Drive, Canva, and Descript
