We are seeking an experienced Advertising and Promotions Manager to support the development and training of AI-driven advertising solutions. This remote role combines hands-on campaign strategy expertise with the opportunity to refine and guide AI models to reflect modern advertising standards, creative strategy, and performance optimization practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate advertising strategies and promotional campaigns across multiple channels
  • Develop and refine advertising copy, scripts, layouts, and multimedia content to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment
  • Translate real-world campaign strategy and execution processes into structured inputs for AI model training
  • Review and evaluate AI-generated advertising outputs for strategic accuracy, messaging quality, and compliance with best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, creative, media, and analytics to ensure campaign effectiveness
  • Analyze performance metrics and campaign data to inform optimization strategies and improve AI training datasets
  • Document campaign workflows and decision-making frameworks to support AI model enhancement
  • Stay current with trends in digital advertising, automation, and AI-powered marketing tools

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in advertising, promotions management, or a related marketing leadership role
  • Strong background in advertising strategy and multi-channel campaign management
  • Proficiency with digital advertising platforms and campaign analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong copywriting abilities
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting and optimization
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
