Job Description

The Institute of Project Management (IPM) is a leading provider of project management education and consulting services, with over 35 years of expertise in empowering professionals across Ireland, the UK, and globally. We are currently hiring a Marketing Executive (Full-time, Remote) with a strong growth mindset and a proven ability to drive marketing performance and revenue impact.

You will play a central role in scaling IPM's commercial marketing, driving performance across multiple channels, and supporting revenue growth initiatives. This role suits someone who is analytical, results-driven, and experienced in optimising full-funnel marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth & Lead Generation (40%) You will drive monthly MQL and SQL targets by managing multi-channel lead generation across paid ads, SEO, email, partnerships, and landing pages. This includes identifying growth opportunities, improving funnel performance, running experiments that lift conversion, and aligning marketing activity with commercial revenue goals.
  • Performance Marketing & Analytics (30%) You will manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn while monitoring CPL, CAC, ROAS, and lead quality. You will track SEO performance and keyword trends, maintain accurate tracking systems, and deliver clear data insights that guide ongoing optimisation and strategic decisions.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution (20%) You will support integrated campaigns across email, website, content, and social channels by developing strong messaging, briefs, and landing page requirements. You will improve conversion through CRO, segmentation, and SEO-led content initiatives, and contribute to product launches and market expansion.
  • Market Insights & Commercial Support (10%) You will conduct competitor and market research, including keyword and demand analysis, to inform growth opportunities and positioning. Your insights will support commercial teams across B2B and B2C, and contribute to assessing new market opportunities with SEO and performance data.

Key Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in performance, digital, or growth-focused marketing roles
  • Proven track record driving lead generation and improving revenue outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in paid ads, SEO, and funnel optimisation
  • Proficient with analytics tools, tracking systems, and marketing dashboards
  • Excellent communication and campaign execution ability
