About The Role
We are seeking a
results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our e-commerce marketing strategy. The role focuses on driving online sales, improving customer engagement, and optimizing digital performance across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, email, and content channels.
- Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to track ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Lead website conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
- Manage paid media budgets and ensure maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Oversee content and email marketing campaigns aligned with e-commerce goals.
- Lead and mentor a small marketing team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in e-commerce.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and email automation platforms.
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Adaptable and creative with a data-driven mindset.
