Job Description

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Monitor and manage incoming leads from social media, website, and digital marketing channels
  • Perform initial lead review and qualification prior to sales handoff
  • Provide basic pricing information to prospects based on established guidelines
  • Reassign or escalate leads requiring deeper engagement to appropriate sales representatives
  • Ensure lead data accuracy and completeness within the CRM system
  • Follow up on lead status to prevent dropped or delayed sales opportunities
  • Review marketing materials to ensure accuracy of product details, pricing, and messaging
  • Validate social media posts, campaigns, and website updates prior to release
  • Provide structured feedback to sales and marketing teams when inconsistencies are identified
  • Support leadership by reviewing marketing budget usage and flagging discrepancies
  • Review website content for accuracy, completeness, and relevance
  • Identify broken links, outdated content, and incorrect information and route fixes appropriately
  • Ensure pricing visibility, lead capture forms, and product information function as intended
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Marketing to ensure smooth lead flow and communication
  • Provide insights to improve lead quality and conversion processes
  • Escalate issues, risks, or delays to management when necessary
  • Maintain a professional, collaborative, and team‑oriented working relationship across departments

Who are we looking for
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in MarketingCommunicationsBusiness, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing support, marketing operations, coordination, or administrative roles
  • Strong understanding of foundational marketing principles and lead management processes
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and print channels
  • Hands‑on familiarity with CRM systems for lead tracking, updates, and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exposure to email marketing toolsmarketing calendars, or project tracking systems is an advantage
  • Experience using Canva or Adobe design tools is an advantage
  • Exposure to social media management, event coordination, or promotional activities is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • High attention to detail, strong execution, and consistent follow‑through
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence working across teams
