About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative
Amazon Creative & Content Specialist to support our growing eCommerce operations. This role focuses primarily on developing high-converting Amazon listing content and visuals, while also providing light customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
This position is ideal for someone who combines strong design skills with an understanding of Amazon marketplace standards and thrives in a structured, process-driven environment.

- Amazon Listing Content & Creative (Primary Focus)
- Create and optimize Amazon product listings, including:
- Titles, bullet points, and product descriptions
- Backend keywords and SEO optimization
- Design and update Amazon listing images:
- Main images (Amazon-compliant)
- Infographics and lifestyle images
- A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and improves conversion rates
- Conduct basic keyword and competitor research to enhance listing performance
- Maintain consistency across product variations and catalog structure
- Respond to Amazon Buyer-Seller messages promptly and professionally
- Handle inquiries related to products, orders, and returns
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues when necessary
- Support maintenance of strong seller performance metrics (response time, customer satisfaction)
- Create and publish social media content to drive traffic to Amazon listings
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central (listings/content)
- Proven experience creating Amazon listing images and/or A+ Content
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, listing best practices, and image compliance
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Background or certification in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or related fields
- Amazon-specific training (e.g., Amazon Ads, listing optimization)
- Experience working with US-based eCommerce brands
- Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
- Basic knowledge of Amazon policies and customer service standards
- Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
- Ability to follow SOPs and structured processes
- Creative, yet conversion-focused mindset
- Highly organized, reliable, and responsive
- Comfortable balancing creative and operational responsibilities
- Experience with Amazon PPC or campaign creatives
- Video editing or short-form content creation
- Experience managing multiple SKUs or large product catalogs
- Consistent delivery of high-quality, conversion-optimized listings
- Visually engaging content aligned with brand identity
- Timely and professional customer communication
- Measurable improvements in listing performance and customer experience
