Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow
our brand presence across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate has strong skills in
content creation, audience engagement, and performance tracking, with a solid understanding of current social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives
Manage daily operations of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Create engaging content (captions, graphics, reels, short-form videos)
Schedule and publish posts using social media tools
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries
Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and generate reports
Optimize content and campaigns based on data insights
Collaborate with marketing and design teams for campaign execution
Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and best practices
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
At least 13 years experience in social media or digital marketing
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms
Experience with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools
Basic knowledge of analytics (Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
Excellent communication and writing skills
Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with paid ads / boosting
Background in influencer or KOL marketing
Experience in fast-paced or digital-driven industries
Work Schedule
Monday to Saturday
8 hours per day
Day shift / shifting schedule (if required)
