Role Overview
The Brand Manager is responsible for driving the overall growth, positioning, and profitability of assigned brands through strategic brand management, marketing execution, and retail collaboration. The role leads end-to-end brand initiatives, including product management, campaign development, market analysis, and partnership activities to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement. This position also works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful and timely execution of brand and business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end brand management, including brand strategy, product management, marketing campaigns, digital marketing, merchandising coordination, retail operations, and business performance analysis
- Minimum of 2 years of people management or leadership experience
- Relevant experience within the retail industry, particularly handling wearable products such as apparel, footwear, accessories, timepieces, and similar categories
- Strong understanding of brand development, consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive analysis
- Proficient in MS Office applications and digital marketing/social media platforms
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Highly detail-oriented with strong project management and follow-through skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Business Management
- Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives and market opportunities
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and strengthen brand positioning
- Drive the achievement of brand sales, profitability, and market share targets
- Translate global or principal brand directions into localized strategies, campaigns, and business initiatives
- Maintain and strengthen brand identity, messaging, and overall customer experience across all channels
Product & Merchandising Management
- Manage the product lifecycle from planning and launch to post-launch performance evaluation
- Coordinate with merchandising and operations teams to develop product assortments aligned with market demand and brand direction
- Monitor pricing, inventory, promotions, and product performance to maximize profitability and sales performance
- Recommend improvements and action plans based on sales data, customer feedback, and market performance
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, retail, and promotional channels
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce engaging and impactful marketing materials and content
- Manage social media initiatives, community engagement, and digital brand presence
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Lead brand-building initiatives that enhance customer awareness, loyalty, and overall market presence
Retail & Operations Coordination
- Partner with retail and sales teams to ensure consistent brand execution across all distribution and store channels
- Develop and implement visual merchandising standards and brand presentation guidelines
- Monitor store and channel performance and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and sales results
- Support sales teams through product knowledge sharing, training, and marketing alignment
Partnerships & Stakeholder Management
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships, collaborations, and promotional opportunities to expand brand visibility and reach
- Coordinate and manage relationships with external partners, influencers, vendors, and stakeholders
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure alignment with brand objectives
Budget & Team Management
- Prepare and manage marketing and promotional budgets while ensuring cost efficiency and resource optimization
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to drive performance and professional growth
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives
- Ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of all assigned brand activities and campaigns
