Job Summary
The Assistant Relationship Manager is the primarily responsible for administrative areas such as account servicing, transaction processing, report generation, and sales/account information management in a timely manner. These tasks should be performed in accordance to prescribed bank policies and procedures, internal control, external regulatory requirements and compliance to service standards.
Responsibilities:
- Works closely with the Relationship Manager to ensure sales compliance and proper documentation of all transactions to be audit-ready. This includes ensuring that regular transaction details such as maturities, repricings, PN renewals, paydowns and others are coordinated/facilitated properly and efficiently.
- Coordinates with clients requests for timely submission of documentary and compliance requirements such as SEC registration papers and AFS
- Prepares instruction sheets for Loans, LC openings, Import Bills, Trust Receipts subject to checking/approval by the RM for dissemination to concerned units
- Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree holders, preferably Business course graduates
- With at 1 to 2 years related work experience working as an Assistant Relationship Manager
- Basic understanding on loan applications, process and contracts
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills
