We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires (document collection, induction scheduling, etc.).
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
  • Assist with HR policy documentation and compliance tasks.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage office supplies and inventory; ensure timely restocking.
  • Assist with document management, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Help coordinate internal meetings and maintain calendars.
  • Support in organizing events, meetings, or travel logistics.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
