Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support:
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires (document collection, induction scheduling, etc.).
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
- Assist with HR policy documentation and compliance tasks.
Administrative Support:
- Manage office supplies and inventory; ensure timely restocking.
- Assist with document management, filing, and record-keeping.
- Help coordinate internal meetings and maintain calendars.
- Support in organizing events, meetings, or travel logistics.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
