Job Description

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, supporting sales operations, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience. You'll work closely with the Business Development and Engineering teams to deliver charging solutions that align with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in generating new leads and identifying potential partners or clients
  • Support sales pipeline management and CRM updates
  • Coordinate with clients to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Participate in client meetings, site assessments, and product demonstrations
  • Assist in bid/tender documentation and compliance submissions
  • Work with internal teams to track project status and ensure timely handovers
  • Provide post-sales support and client servicing where needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical account management (EV or energy industry experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable with a fast-paced, technical environment
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Passion for clean energy and sustainable transport is highly desirable
