As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, supporting sales operations, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience. You'll work closely with the Business Development and Engineering teams to deliver charging solutions that align with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in generating new leads and identifying potential partners or clients
- Support sales pipeline management and CRM updates
- Coordinate with clients to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Participate in client meetings, site assessments, and product demonstrations
- Assist in bid/tender documentation and compliance submissions
- Work with internal teams to track project status and ensure timely handovers
- Provide post-sales support and client servicing where needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical account management (EV or energy industry experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable with a fast-paced, technical environment
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Passion for clean energy and sustainable transport is highly desirable
