Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any four-year business-related courses
At least 2 years experience in Operations Management, Internal Controls, Auditing, Risk Management, and/or Compliance
At least 2 years experience with Continuous Improvement tools and methodology (Lean Enterprise, Six Sigma, TPS, Theory of Constraints, etc.)
Proficiency in MS applications
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Duties And Responsibilities
Execute process enhancement initiatives with process owners, including supporting data analysis, enabling process redesign, and aiding implementation.
Help identify opportunities where process redesign/improvement substantially affects efficiency, compliance, quality, profitability, competitive standing, and customer satisfaction
Define standards for process definition, management, and measurement to ensure cross-process consistency.
Create, sustain, and utilize relevant measures, metrics, and analyticsincluding baseline data assessment and workflow reportingto track service management goal progress and enable evidence-based decisions.
Cooperate with the Compliance teams to list, classify, and link predefined policies, risks, and controls to corresponding process steps.
Translate business needs, processes, and procedures by collaborating with experts/stakeholders to determine and articulate requirements.
Organize, store, and update files of current revision-level documentation of control processes, ensuring timely distribution and deletion of obsolete materials.
Sustain a digital database of all archived documentation for easy retrieval.
