The Project Client Solutions Manager is a client facing role responsible for managing multiple projects related to employer sponsored retirement plans of moderate complexity from initiation through completion. This role coordinates project teams, defines scope and objectives, allocates resources, develops schedules, and maintains documentation that ensures timely delivery while maintaining business value. The position partners closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into practical and effective solutions.

What you will do:

  • Manage multiple projects, including defining and controlling project scope
  • Assemble project teams and assign individual responsibilities
  • Identify appropriate resources and develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, and resource plans
  • Negotiate with users, staff, and management to define project objectives, priorities, and sequencing of work
  • Ensure completion of project deliverables and adherence to established timelines
  • Collaborate with business and technical staff to translate business needs into practical technology solutions, including business case development, data analysis, requirements and solution definition, root cause analysis, use case definition, and solution assessment
  • Support project design and planning activities, including reviewing business requests, validating business justifications, working with business leaders or submitters to address issues, applying prioritization frameworks, facilitating management discussions, and reporting progress
  • Participate in the development of additional services planned by the unit
  • Recommend new business opportunities, systems, processes, and improvements; support research and strategy development; and implement improvements approved by senior management
  • Identify, establish, and maintain effective business relationships

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience, including managing multiple concurrent projects of moderate complexity
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, project planning, timeline management, leadership, judgment, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to set goals and work independently with minimal direction
  • Demonstrated experience managing full project lifecycle (initiation through closeout)
  • FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire

What will set you apart:

  • Experience working in a financial services environment preferred
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) preferred
