Data Manager, Sales Analytics

Location: BGC Taguig City / Hybrid

Monthly Salary: PHP50,000

Job Type: Full-time

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team, specifically supporting one of our key accounts in the document productivity and SDK space. Position Overview:

As a Data Analyst, you will be a vital member of the Sales Analytics Team. You will be responsible for data ingestion, validation, and maintaining the integrity of customer data. Your role is critical for powering the data models used by internal operations teams. You will report directly to the Head of Sales Analytics and collaborate closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to construct key customer data infrastructure.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Reconciliation

  • Conduct proactive analyses on key customer data elements to identify and resolve gaps in data integrity.
  • Combine and analyze various data sources (such as contracts versus CRM data) to identify correct values and synchronize source systems.

2. Data Cleaning and Collection

  • Extract, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Build reporting and automation tools to verify continued data integrity and proactively action data issues.

3. Quality Assurance

  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on customer data to ensure absolute consistency.
  • Work alongside Sales and CRM teams to address data-related issues and implement long-term solutions.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Data Analyst, preferably in a revenue-focused or B2B SaaS environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Python (or similar programming languages).
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks or similar data warehouse tools.
  • Competencies:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the initiative to address problems as they emerge.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a relentless focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
