Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement staffing strategies to meet the organization's workforce needs ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing to evaluation to effectively meet organizational manpower requirements. Ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.
  • Oversee the preparation and management of all documentation related to employee onboarding ensuring compliance with organizational policies and government regulations.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role-specific requirements, craft precise job descriptions and define qualifications needed for each position.
  • Assess and align applicant requirements by thoroughly analyzing job descriptions, qualifications and the skills needed for specific roles within the company.
  • Build and expand talent pipelines by proactively researching and engaging with various candidate sources including community outreach educational institutions employment agencies, recruiters and digital job platforms.
  • Promote the organization values and benefits through targeted recruitment campaigns, job advertisements and outreach initiatives. Leverage job boards, social media platforms and recruiting agencies to attract top talent.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including colleges, recruitment agencies and other stakeholders, to enhance recruitment effectiveness and drive talent acquisition.
  • All other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior/manager.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • At least a college level or graduate in Human Resources, Psychology or related courses.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in supervisory.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Handles employee relations cases and investigations
  • Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email)
  • Willing to be assigned in Pasay City
