Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing to evaluation to effectively meet organizational manpower requirements. Ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.
Oversee the preparation and management of all documentation related to employee onboarding ensuring compliance with organizational policies and government regulations.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role-specific requirements, craft precise job descriptions and define qualifications needed for each position.
Assess and align applicant requirements by thoroughly analyzing job descriptions, qualifications and the skills needed for specific roles within the company.
Build and expand talent pipelines by proactively researching and engaging with various candidate sources including community outreach educational institutions employment agencies, recruiters and digital job platforms.
Promote the organization values and benefits through targeted recruitment campaigns, job advertisements and outreach initiatives. Leverage job boards, social media platforms and recruiting agencies to attract top talent.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including colleges, recruitment agencies and other stakeholders, to enhance recruitment effectiveness and drive talent acquisition.

Qualifications:
Education:
At least a college level or graduate in Human Resources, Psychology or related courses.
Experience:
5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in supervisory.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Handles employee relations cases and investigations
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
