What You'll Do:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HR policies.
  • Support recruitment efforts by posting jobs, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes.
  • Handle basic employee inquiries and help organize employee events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal procedures.
  • Coordinate and track employee training and development programs.
  • Utilize HR software to manage data, generate reports, and support system updates.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and assist HR staff with special projects as needed.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Graduate of Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of HR experience in administration, recruitment, or employee relations.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
