Handles recruitment such as posting of job openings in various platforms, coordination with selected applicants, conducts initial interview, notify candidates of application/employment status, conducts employee background checks before on boarding.
Coordinate new hires orientation and prepares on boarding materials including forms for benefits enrollment and company policies.
Supporting benefits administration, including enrollment and communication with vendors.
Maintains and updates accurate employee records (physical files and digital databases).
Performs time keeping and translate into respective computations for review and verification of the HR Supervisor.
Support HR team in setting up and executing company activities/events.
Provide customer service to employees
Liaising with government agencies and other external parties
Administrative Duties
Draft correspondence such as memos or emails related to policy updates or company announcements.
Purchase office supplies as needed; ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office environment.
Process payment and ensure that the utilities are maintained (water, electricity, internet, etc.)
Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology/ Human Resources Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in the same role.
Strong moral and ethical conduct keeping in line with HR best practices
